Prior to launching Heartbeat, Donna Haynes served as VP of Marketing for Gencom Residential, a division of Gencom Group - one of North America's leading mixed-use development companies. For Gencom, Donna directed marketing activities for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua, Maui, Bachelor Gulch, CO, and Rancho Mirage, CA.
Before that, Donna spent several years as Director of Marketing (and, concurrently, Interim Director of Sales) for Mountain Air, a private resort community in western North Carolina.
